Acceptable Use Policy

The principle

A VPN protects ordinary people doing ordinary things. It is not a shield for harming others, and we will not pretend otherwise. If your use harms other people or our network, we will act.

You must not use Veystrix to

• break the law in your country or the country of the server you connect through;
• attack, scan, overload or disrupt any network, service or device you do not own;
• send spam, phishing or other bulk unsolicited messages;
• distribute malware, or operate command-and-control infrastructure;
• commit fraud, launder money, or impersonate anyone;
• infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
• distribute child sexual abuse material — we report this, without exception;
• harass, threaten, stalk or endanger anybody;
• resell or share your account with people outside your household.

Device limits

Your subscription covers your own devices, up to the published limit. Do not share credentials.

What happens if you breach this

Depending on severity we may contact you, suspend your access, or end your subscription. Where we are legally required to, we will cooperate with law enforcement. Our network provider may also act on abuse reports it receives, which can result in your access being suspended before we can contact you.

Reporting abuse

If traffic from our network is causing you a problem, email support@veystrix.net with the details and timestamps, and we will investigate.
